At Thoresta the overall view is the centre of things, where food, drink, service, and surroundings cooperate. Our philosophy is simple; starting with the classic cuisine we work with fresh new techniques and tastes. Everything takes place from base, where our own people salt, smoke, cure and pickle the food. Our bread is baked in our own bakery.

We use ingredients that are locally sourced, and we can proudly mention producers such as Eskesta Gård, Hagby Gård and Domta Gård.
