By arrangement of our owner, we now have the opportunity to offer conferences at Härjarö Resort. Härjarö is a nature reserve and is located very close to Lake Mälaren about one hour´s journey from Stockholm (whether you travel by car or boat). Here are great areas for country walks, lovely beaches, untouched forests and hiking trails with prearranged locations for grilling along Lake Mälaren´s waterside.
Härjarö Resort is a mansion, restaurant, camping-ground, holiday village, marina, and a 900 m2 large “Mälar”-yard, with a fantastic location close to the water's edge. It is a place to spend time together at, a place for team-building, and a place for activities where intellectual fellowship is central. And last but not least, a place far from the prices you usually pay for conferences.
Härjarö Resort offers conference facilities from 2 to 75 persons. You confer at the Manor or at Mälargården, or why not outdoors around the camp site grill. Here you will find yourself far from hard tied neckties and high heels, and far from a five-course dinner with complicated choices of wine. Here, a relaxed dress code is in force and delicious and well-cooked food is served, perhaps even cooked by you as part of an activity.
Here, you do not turn in at a small hotel room when night arrives, but sleep in hotel cottages and/or in our beautiful Mälargård. Some may sleep in groups and others choose separate rooms. Make your choice, but remember, you need not be shy, because the only one to confer here is you. The person you might meet in a bathrobe for breakfast is one of your dear colleagues.
